To be honest, I felt some real hesitation when I decided to record this episode. It's not that I'm averse to speaking about mental health issues, but to do so on a platform where your voice echoes in someone else's ears and you don't have the opportunity to read their face or perceive their reaction felt a little bit daunting. But you guys know me, I believe in doing the things that scare us, and I'm willing as ever to lead by example. So, today I'm opening up about one of the more intimate aspects of being a hennapreneur: negative self-talk. From self-doubt, feelings of unworthiness, and the ever-present mom guilt, I'm sharing how I've learned to cope with and combat negative self talk as a business owner and individual.
