How can I best prepare for my Day of Voxer Virtual V.I.P. Day?
Spend some time identifying a brief list of things that are the most pressing for you in your business right now and that you’d like to cover during our time together. If you’re unsure of where to begin, no worries — I’ll be ready with some questions to help get the ball rolling.
How attached to my phone/computer do I need to be during my Day of Voxer Virtual V.I.P. Day?
Please understand: this is not a full day conference call so there’s no need to pressure yourself with clearing your schedule. We will connect in a flexible, ping-pong style way using the Voxer application. You’re running a business and have a life — the beauty of this type of support is that you can pop in, ask questions, spill about what’s happening in your business, and listen to my replies on your time and around your schedule.
What’s the flow of the Day of Voxer Virtual V.I.P. Day?
This largely varies! Some clients prefer more structure and may choose to break their day into separate themes (i.e. in the morning we discuss one theme, in the afternoon another, and a third towards the end of the day) while others prefer to allow the day to unfold more organically. We’ll work together in whatever way feels good to you.
How much access should I expect for either a full or half day?
Full days include a full eight hours of access, and run from 8am-4pm EST , while half days include four hours of access and run from either 8am-12pm or 12pm-4pm EST .
Are the Day of Voxer Virtual V.I.P. Days available for hennapreneurs outside of the U.S.?
Absolutely! For those in the UK, please note that the timezones will place the access hours for full days from 1p-9p GMT while half days will run from 1pm-5pm or 5pm-9pm GMT. For those with more challenging timezone differences, days may be split to accommodate mutually beneficial hours. You’ll have hours of support, no matter where you live.

What sort of things are normally discussed during the Day of Voxer Virtual V.I.P. Day?
The sky is the limit! Many of my clients have enjoyed discussing things like brand positioning, marketing strategies, back office business operations, managing boundaries and expectations with clients, navigating collaborative negotiations with others, refining or finessing current offerings, social media strategy, and more.
Are there things that you don’t help with during the Day of Voxer Virtual V.I.P. Day?
Yes. While the sharing of screenshots and the like is totally possible with Voxer, this experience isn’t a good fit for those who want eyes on technical aspects of their business. For example, it would be totally fine to ask for feedback on a specific portion of sales copy on your website, but it wouldn’t be appropriate to expect help in building your sales page via screenshare tutorial.
What if I’m struggling with the art aspects of my business?
We can absolutely discuss the art-related aspects of your business during your day! Voxer allows for the sharing of photos and videos as well, so if you’d like feedback on your work, if you’ve got questions about your paste, or otherwise want eyes on your art, we can spend time on this as well.
