On the heels of Mother's Day, I'm here talking all about how I'm, frankly, a selfish mom and how I have zero regrets about it. You know, today there are so many societal expectations around what a mom should and shouldn't do how she should carry on, how her children should be her number one priority, and frankly, I don't think that has to be the case.

In this episode, I'm sharing about my experience as a mother, as a business owner, and as a woman who's just figuring it out and trying to honor herself in the most authentic ways in the process.
